James Baskett sings this Oscar-winning song as Uncle Remus in Disney's Song of the South (1946). Baskett earned an honorary Oscar but was barred from the film's segregated Atlanta premiere, and Disney has kept the movie in the vault for decades. Splash Mountain, built on its characters, became Tiana's Bayou Adventure.

    2. 3.“Fun fact: Bill Murray resented Harold Ramis so much by the end of filming that he'd only communicate with him through an interpreter – who was deaf and only used sign language. Harold was used to this, so he filmed the movie in reverse: the ending first, the first half last. He knew Bill would be so fed up by then, he'd already be the jerk from the beginning of the film.”
