The story

Rhye is Mike Milosh, a Toronto-born, classically trained cellist with one of the softest voices in music. Song for You comes off Blood, released in February 2018, and the video landed on Valentine's Day. Milosh directed it with Geneviève Medow Jenkins, who came up with the concept, and he shot part of it himself.

Nathalie Kelley and Chris Brochu play the couple. Six minutes, and it runs the full cycle: her dancing around in her underwear, the two of them fighting in a car, him sneaking up on her in a dark parking garage. Milosh said the song is about the cycles we all go through, and he hoped people would feel both the joy and the pain. For Valentine's Day, fans could also make a personalized version of the song to send to someone. Romantic. Also a little terrifying, given the parking garage.
