1.“Hold on – he's got spray paint on his nose. Did he just huff a ton of spray paint until he got so high he imagined all of this and painted this masterpiece? Because I don't really care – that's my interpretation now.”

The story
Caravan Palace are the Paris crew that plug old swing into club beats, and they helped turn electro swing into a full-blown party genre. Supersonics first showed up on their 2019 album Chronologic. In 2020 they reworked it as the Out Come the Freaks Edit, a stand-alone single, and gave it this video in December.
Director Bechir Jouini, who goes by Jiwee, made it feel like Who Framed Roger Rabbit wandered into a street-art scene: live action and animation sharing the same frame, and a graffiti artist mixing it up with his own creations. Jiwee didn't stop at directing. He's also credited with the graffiti, the graphic and motion design and the compositing. Martin Richard and Meton Jofilly drew the animation art, Jean-Charles Zambo (Trippincloud) choreographed, and Odd Sweet is credited as the Paper Boy.
Paint on a wall usually stays put. Not here.
