The story

Some videos come with a paper trail. This one comes with a title. A YouTube channel called Bladnic uploaded it in September 2011 as мультипликационная психоделика, Russian for cartoon psychedelia, with an English tag of psychedelic cartoon in case anybody missed the point.

That's the whole file. Nearly seven minutes, no credits, no artist, no song name, and no press anywhere saying who drew it or what music is under it. Answers welcome.
