The story
Another fan video. A YouTube user called NK-89 put this together in Windows Movie Maker and posted it in January 2009, which tells you everything about the budget and nothing bad about the taste.
Song of the Seas closes Oceanic, Vangelis's 1996 album about the ocean and the first of his records to get a Grammy nod, for Best New Age Album. It's a mellow, sequencer-driven piece that rolls along easy, then fades back into the surf sounds the album opens with, so the whole record loops like a tide. It also came out as a single, with Aquatic Dance on the B-side.
The Greek composer behind the Chariots of Fire and Blade Runner scores, set to pictures by a fan with Windows Movie Maker. That's the internet working as intended.
